In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their product(s) and request a refund from us. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
- Cancellation policyCustomer can initiate the cancellation request within 24hrs of ordering the product or prior to the dispatch of order, whichever is earlier. Payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment depending upon the payment method only if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse/factory. Else, refund will be generated after deduction of freight & the item is returned by our logistic partners.

Return and refund policy
The return of mattress other than 100 Nights Trial Offer is under warranty policy, i.e., Mattress will be returned under the condition of sagging, shrinkage or deformity of over 1.5 inches only. Softness is not considered as a factor for return.
Refund amount of mattress will be calculated under pro-rated policy.
Example: Mattress worth Rs 15,000/- with warranty of 10 years is returned after 7 years. Then the refund amount will be: Rs 15,000/10 years *3 years(Remaining period) = Rs 4,500/- At restoria, we assure you about the quality and safety of all products shipped.
