Return Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their product(s) and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Customer can initiate the cancellation request within 7 days of ordering the product or prior to the dispatch of order, whichever is earlier.  After 3-4 days, payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment depending upon the payment method.

Return and Refund Policy
Order can be returned in 100 days.
After getting the returned product, our team will evaluate it, if there is any damage or not. After 3-4 days, payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment depending upon the payment method. If there is any damage found on inspection, the charges for damages will be shared and balance will be transferred.

There is a possibility of slight variation in fabric used on our mattresses. It will not be treated as a reason for refund/return/cancellation of order.

How to proceed if I receive a damaged product? At Restoria, we assure you about the quality and safety of all products shipped. But still, unfortunately, if you have received a damaged product by any chance, feel free to email us at info@restoria.in or call us  1800-419-8868 and our team will arrange a replacement for you.

What is the return policy? How is the refund processed?
After initiation of product’s return, you need to share your official email address and bank account details on info@restoria.in After verifying the account details, you will receive a refund initiation confirmation and you will receive the amount back in your account within 5 working days.

What is the duration for placing the return request?
One needs to place a return request within the 100-days of purchase and full amount will be refunded.

Do I have to pay anything to return my mattress?
You mean a lot to us , and in response to that, returns are free!

What documents should I keep handy for returning the mattress?
You need to keep a copy of the invoice ready with you while returning the mattress. Please submit the receipt to the pick-up agent to initiate the return.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
In case of any discrepancy with your refund amount, please contact us at info@restoria.in with a copy of your invoice. Our customer care team will be happy to help you.

How much of money is refunded on return of the mattress in trial period?
If you return the mattress within the 100-day trial period, and the product is without any wear and tear. As per our conditions, you will receive 100% of the money back.

My trial period has ended. Can I still return the product?
Sorry, once the trial period is over, you cannot return the mattress.

How long does the return process take?
Our team will contact you within 24-48 hours of you placing return request. Refunds will be made to the customer bank account provided on our official email ID info@restoria.in, within 5 working days of receiving the refund request.

My mode of payment was Cash on Delivery. How do I get a refund?
We will refund the amount directly to your bank account. Just send us the bank account details on our official mail ID info@restoria.in, and we will initiate the refund on that account within 5 working days.

What happens to the returned mattress?
At Restoria, we never sell returned products. Each one of our customers always receives freshly made brand new mattresses. The returned mattresses are either disposed or donated.

Is the trial period also valid if I buy on Amazon/Flipkart?
Sorry, but the trial period is only valid for products bought through our website directly. Even if you have purchased on one of the marketplaces, in case of any concern, please feel free to reach out to us. We are always available to help you in the best possible manner.

What if no defect(s) is found on inspection ?
If no defect is found on inspection, the same mattress will be returned. But the freight will be chargeable.
